The lodge with the most members present at the meeting will take home the traveling gavel. Orange Park Lodge won this honor more often than any other lodge during 2003. Although the March meeting was held at Orange Park Lodge and we were not eligible to win the gavel according to the M&W Bylaws, Orange Park had the most members in attendance. If I'm not mistaken, we had enough in attendance to claim the record for highest attendance. However, the offical count did not reflect all brothers present as there were several brothers cleaning up the kitchen during the roll call of lodges. Brothers, let's turn out in force and recapture the gavel from AJR. And, while we are at it, we could break the all time attendance record which is held by AJR as well.
